Be My Eyes gives blind and partially sighted individuals access to visual assistance from CNIB Agents through live video calls. All CNIB agents are bound by confidentiality, non-disclosure agreements and undergo police background checks.

By simply making a video call, users can connect with CNIB Agents. Our agents receive full Orientation and Mobility training, instruction from Lived Experience Users and Accessibility Experts. As a partner, you gain valuable usability insights while improving your company’s inclusive culture by offering sighted assistance to people living with blindness and partial vision.
