By simply making a video call, blind or partially sighted users can connect with CNIB Agents who help provide sighted assistance for everyday tasks, big and small. Our agents provide support for people with sight loss with important everyday tasks such as navigating new environments, reading prescriptions and receipts, processing private transactions, navigating websites and much more.
